The 1ton/h sawdust pellet plant project is in Gabrovo, Bulgaria. The raw material is beech.

The beech pellet making process includes chipping, coarse crushing, drying, fine pulverizing, pelleting, cooling, sifting and packing.

The whole beech sawdust pellet plant is highly automated. All equipments were well designed and compactly arranged. Twice-pulverizing is easy for raw material pelletizing. The pellet machine adopts gear transmission to be convenient and safe to operate.

This pellet plant project also connects the cooling and material recycling together, which greatly decreases pollution. Besides, cooling and sieving is realized by one equipment to reduce covering area. The pellet packing machine also integrates computer-simulated electronic scale and compact heat sealing machine to realize efficient weighing, packing and sealing.
