A 10 TPD automatic batching mash feed plant was designed, delivered and commissioned for a feed processing company in Kazakhstan. The line takes wheat as its main raw material and produces mash (powder) feed through intake, grinding, screening, automatic batching, ribbon mixing, conveying and bagging, with 278.2 kW of installed machinery power across 41 equipment items. Installation supervision ran from 1 to 6 November 2025, and commissioning and operator training followed from January 2026. This report covers the line configuration, the four-platform layout, the feed trial on about 8 t of wheat, the problems resolved on site, and the customer's recorded feedback.
